That the Department of Justice and Community Safety develop and implement a policy and deliver training to Corrections Victoria staff about the operation of that policy, to ensure that cultural considerations are incorporated into management of a deceased Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person in custody and, to the extent possible, the scene of that person’s passing.
