Recommendation 88 (2005)
That the State Coroner be empowered (as proposed in RCIADIC recommendations 16-18) to make recommendations with a view to prevention of deaths in custody as part of a regular reporting process.
That the Victorian Government continue to implement and monitor Recommendation 18 through any monitoring process established as a consequence of this Review.
