That the State Coroner provide a report to the Aboriginal Justice Forum specifying whether families are recipients of coronial findings and recommendations.

That the Victorian Government consider amending the Coroners Act 1985 (sections 19(2), 21(1) and (2)) to enable wider distribution powers of the coroner’s findings and recommendations.

That the Victorian Government continue to implement and monitor Recommendation 14 through any monitoring process established as a consequence of this Review.
