That the State Coroner, the Departments of Justice (Corrections Victoria) and Human Services (Juvenile Justice) provide a report to the Aboriginal Justice Forum on situations where findings or recommendations have been made, and on their implementation.

That the Victorian Government continue to implement and monitor Recommendation 13 through any monitoring process established as a consequence of this Review.
